Captain Dua comes with more than three decades of experience including Senior Management positions as Managing Director and Executive Director. As an expert in Production Planning and Manufacturing and logistics, he has successfully turned around organizations and established new businesses including  KELTRON, HBL Power Systems, Goa Invescast and Envirex India. He holds BE in Electrical Engineering, MSc in International Relations, MBA in Finance and Management Sciences. He was active in the Indian Navy for more than 27 years in various capacities and technologically challenging assignments.

He is specialized in handholding crisis-ridden businesses that may be due to financial distress, serious illness/death of the entrepreneur or other contingencies. He leads from the front in turnaround assignments and crisis management. He anchors the discussion among the partners and stakeholders to facilitate smooth conflict resolution.
