Susmita helps businesses design marketing ‘Pull Strategies’ that focuses on Consumer Behaviour, Psychological Aspirations and Cultural Motivations.  Susmita also offers Corporate Brand Management services based on a framework she calls REF (Rational, Emotional & Functional). She is one of the 3 Personal Brand Strategists in India and works regularly with various entrepreneurs and Senior – Mid Level executives to build their own compelling individual brands that help them and their companies stand apart among the competition.

Currently, Susmita runs Smart iDeAS, a boutique marketing advisory and social media marketing company. She is an MBA from Great Lakes Institute of Management and holds a certificate in Personal Innovation from IIM-K and a Certificate in Psychotherapy.
